In order to introduce the T24 system into banking operations, it is necessary to go through many stages and procedures. For each client and its specific requests, the process is different, so it requires a team of professionals who will carry through demanding operations.
Functional Consultants are leading the analysis and planning of information technology projects, re-engineering of business processes in line with best-in-class international practices, gathering business requirements for banking systems and applications, providing guidance for the implementation. They are coordinating with various departments on business analysis, product selection, implementation, support, problem management and enhancement for successful delivery and ongoing performance. Their responsibilities are to monitor laws and legislation, as well as giving consults about state currency system. Their main role is to analyse the requirements and transform them into tasks.
Project Managers are responsible for the delivery of a project or part of a project. Their role is to identify tasks, duration and follow up tasks completion to ensure customer interface implementation is meeting agreed upon timelines. They are determining the scope and are clearing business objectives of the project and the critical success factors of implementation projects. They are responsible to manage and own the resolution of all inter work stream issues and hold project meetings, on a regular basis, with the team and separately with the client to ensure that project is on track.
Technical Consultants are responsible for providing technical support and expertise advice throughout all technical stages of T24/Transact implementation projects. Technical Consultants are focused on technical issues and have strong proficiency in the tools, systems and procedures that are used to accomplish the project. Technical Consultants adjust the system and parameterize it. They lead and mentor other team members as part of project activities and cooperate with Functional Consultants and Developers, and together are finding the best possible solutions.
Data Migration Specialists are involved in the whole Data Migration process which runs throughout the project implementation and also represents one of the final stages of the project. Their activities include Data Mapping discussions, Data Mapping issues resolution, Transformation, Loading and issues resolution, Reconciliation, Dress Rehearsals and DM tuning, and other.
T24 Developers are in charge of API (Application Programming Interface) Development, that enables the interaction of multiple software-based applications. T24/Transact Developers participate in Data Migration process within the whole implementation project. Developers also play an important role in SAT (System Automation Testing). They possess exceptional analytical skills and are able to multitask and also very easily and successfully cooperate with the rest of the team..
Testers are professionals with great experience in software testing, specialized in T24/Transact system. Testers provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. They apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Also, they ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable.
